SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS |
- One-third of tuition for undergraduate and graduate programs
USD $50,000 of tuition and fees ton the top-ranked candidate in the Impact MBA Program. Other candidates will be considered for the one-third tuition discount.
- CSU will also waive the application fee for admission.

Please note that scholarship benefits are subject to the academic performance of the scholarship recipient. In order to receive these benefits, the scholarship recipient should not be reported with an unsatisfactory academic performance due to absences or failing courses.
Expenses not covered by the scholarship
- Remaining tuition and/or school fees;
- Immigration fees;
- Research expenses;
- Health insurance;
- Study material;
- Living expenses;
- Round trip airfare; and
- Any other costs not mentioned
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration an applicant must:
- Provide an unconditional admission letter from CSU;
- This scholarship is open to new applicants as well as current students at CSU who are from an OAS member state and not a current OAS-CSU scholarship recipient
- Submit a complete scholarship application form with all required supporting documents; and
- Be a citizen and/or permanent legal resident of Saint Lucia.
The following applicants are ineligible:
- Current OAS scholarship recipients;
- The OAS General Secretary (GS/OAS) staff and their immediate relatives or GS/OAS consultants; and
- OAS Permanent officials and their immediate relatives.
How to Apply
To apply for an OAS-CSU scholarship, applicants must complete the OAS online scholarship application at https://www.oas.org/fms/Announcement.aspx?id=1115&Type=4&Lang=Eng as directed in the 2021 Study at Colorado State University brochure. Additional details about admission information, scholarship requirements and application process, can be obtained at the OAS-Colorado State University link on the OAS website: http://www.oas.org/en/scholarships/default.asp. Applicants are advised to pay careful attention stated in the table above.
Selection of Awardees
CSU and the OAS will select the scholarship awardees. The names of the scholarship recipients will be published in July 2021 on the OAS Scholarship website www.oas.org/scholarhsips. The OAS will contact selected candidates by email with the scholarship offer and instructions for the scholarship acceptance. Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
